Runner Protection Program Announcement
1. All runners who register BEFORE September 1, 2025 can receive a 100% refund* on their race registration if they decide to cancel before February 14, 2026. *
2. All runners who register BETWEEN September 1, 2025 and January 2, 2026 can receive a 50% refund* on their race registration if they decide to cancel before our February 14, 2026 deadline. *
3. All runners who register BETWEEN January 3, 2026 and February 13, 2026 can receive a 30% refund* on their race registration if they decide to cancel before our February 14, 2026 deadline. *
4. No Questions Asked!
We want our participants to register at the lowest prices available AND have the peace of mind that they can back out while getting a full/fair refund. It also allows us to plan and purchase accordingly as we approach race weekend.
5. There will be no refunds allowed after 2/14/26!
Deferrals and event transfers will still be allowed until 4/18/26.
You will always have the option to switch to the Virtual 10 Mile at no extra cost! Deadline is 4/18, then a $15 cost incurs
