Course Info
All participants entering any of the Mountain Goat Races should adequately train to participate in these strenuous athletic activities.
Several fully equipped AMR (formerly Rural Metro) vehicles will be accessible to the Mountain Goat courses to assist runners or walkers in need. In addition, volunteers and/or police officers at all water stops will be able to call for medical assistance for anyone in need. Runners and walkers need to also look out for each other and to direct those in need to medical assistance.
A clearly marked Medical Tent will be located near the finish line at Clinton Square. Please seek medical attention if you are injured or feeling sick.
